YOUR GOOGLE+ NAME HERE


Go into your Google + profile, and find your name there. The one that is highlighted as yellow in the link, copy that and paste it in your code. Note that the code already has a plus sign (+) before the place where the name is to be placed. Don't Remove that ( + ). Add just your name there. In my care its +gayatrivenkat

YOUR NAME HERE / your name on your google+

Here you can add what ever your name is or the name you have mentioned in the google+ profile. For Eg. My name is GayuVenkat, But my google+ profile name is "Vanilla Bean" Which is same as my youtube channel name . Hence i prefer to add my g+ name 


YOUR FACEBOOK ADMIN ID




Go into your facebook page, and in the bottom of the about tab you will find your page id. Supposing you are linking to your personal profile, Go to this link http://findmyfbid.com/ and type in your profile link https://www.facebook.com/your profile name and get the id. Note that if in your privacy settings, Do you want search engines outside of Facebook to link to your profile? should be turned on for you to obtain the fd id for your personal profile.
